Returns and Refund Policy for Zulfah Appliances

At Zulfah Appliances, we ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process to provide peace of mind.

Return Policy (7 Days Return Period)
We offer a 7 days return period from the delivery date for most products purchased from Zulfah Appliances. You may return your items within this timeframe if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item(s).

  • The product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or functionality (excluding sales products and gifts).

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided to complete the return.

  • Certain items, including sales products and gifts are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refund Policy (2 Days Refund Period)
We will process your refund once your returned item is received and inspected. A refund will be issued within 2 business days from the date the return is approved. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • If the returned product meets the above conditions, we will issue a full refund for the product cost.

  • If a refund is requested after the 7 days return period, it will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure, and we will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Products on sale or clearance may not be eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or perishable items are excluded from the return and refund policy unless they are defective.
