Payment Methods for Zulfah Appliances

At Zulfah Appliances, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and convenient. Below are the payment methods we accept and important terms related to transactions.

Accepted Payment Methods

Primary Method:

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Payment is made in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Our delivery team will collect the full order amount upon handing over your product(s).

Optional Methods:

For customers who prefer advance payment, we offer the following options:

    • Transfer funds directly to our bank account.

      Bank Transfers:

    • Provide the transaction receipt to sales@zulfahappliances.com with your order number.

  2. Mobile Money:

    • Send payments via MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money.

    • Use the phone number +256700 585354 or +256771326836.

    • Share the payment confirmation with sales@zulfahappliances.com and include your order number.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed securely.

  • For bank transfers or mobile money payments, ensure you use official channels and verify details before sending funds.

  • We do not store your payment information (e.g., bank details, mobile money PINs).

No Credit or Loan Facilities

  • Zulfah Appliances does not offer:

    • Payment on credit.

    • Loan services.

  • Full payment is required before or at the time of delivery.

Payment Confirmation

  • For bank transfers or mobile money payments, orders will be processed only after payment is confirmed.

  • Confirmation may take up to 24 business hours.

Failed or Disputed Payments

  • If a payment fails or is disputed:

    • We will notify you via email/phone to resolve the issue.

    • Delivery will be delayed until payment is verified.

Currency

  • All transactions are processed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
