Order Processing

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday).

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 6:30 PM EAT (Kampala Time, UTC/GMT +3) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Transit & Delivery

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Sunday) for orders for all orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics delays).

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with real-time tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within Uganda.

  • International Shipping: Zulfah Appliances does not offer international shipping at this time.

Payment Methods

Primary Payment Method:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept cash payments upon delivery as our standard and most convenient payment method.

Additional Payment Options (Optional):

    • Bank Transfers

    • Mobile Money (e.g., MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money)

No Credit/Loan Services:

    • Zulfah Appliances does not offer payment on credit, loans. Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation or delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at sales@zulfahappliances.com with your order number and photos/videos of the damage.

  2. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
